Well PDC09 wrapped up on Thursday afternoon but the discussion and excitement it generated is still creating much buzz. Videos of the various sessions are slowly making their way online
One thing that has me the most excited was the Gu's announcement of Silverlight 4 Beta. Channel 9 has already put up a Training Course for Silverlight 4 which has likely been collecting lots of hits in the past couple of days. There are also Silverlight 4 Beta videos up at silverlight.net to help you along the way.
Silverlight 4 will be bringing several new features, and among the coolest of them are webcam capabilities. It will also provide a richer web experience, full Office and SharePoint Server access for developers, and will allow for much more thorough out-of-browser capabilities. For a detailed rundown of the new features in Silverlight 4, check out Tim Heuer's excellent post.
You also have a limited amount of time to submit feature requests. Scott Gu bragged during his session that a tremendous amount of these requests are being implemented. I like that - Developer Driven Development.
